As a partner community in Leander, eligible employees enjoy real move-in savings. See below what you’ll receive if you qualify:

  • ½ off Application fee credited back at move-in (save $100 per applicant)

How It Works

  1. See if you qualify. If your employer is listed, you’re in! Not on the list or unsure? We’re happy to help.
  2. Find your perfect home. View available homes and tour our Leander community.
  3. Apply online or in person. Mention the “Preferred Employer Program.” You’ll need to verify employment with an ID badge, recent pay stub, or offer letter.
  4. Move in & enjoy the savings. Applicable credits are issued at move-in.

Preferred Employer FAQs

Can the discount be combined with other promotions?

In most cases, the Preferred Employer discount cannot be combined with other leasing specials. Please check with our leasing team for current offers.

Does the discount apply for the entire lease term?

Yes, the discount applies throughout the initial lease term, provided employment eligibility remains valid.

Is there a limit to how many employees can participate?

No, there is no limit—any eligible employee may apply and participate.

Can my roommate use the discount too?

Yes—if either leaseholder qualifies, the apartment receives the Preferred Employer savings (one discount per apartment).

What if I change jobs after I move in?

Your discount is based on eligibility at the time of lease. Changing employers doesn’t affect the current lease term’s discount.

Is the program available for renewals?

The program may be available at renewal, subject to current eligibility and program terms.

Program availability, participating employers, and savings are subject to change. Credits are applied at move-in, and standard screening and approval required. One Preferred Employer discount is allowed per apartment; discounts are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise specified.
